1. Committee is another power organization in Liberty City, whose main function is to assist the City Hall to be in charge of Liberty City.

 

2. Committee is made up of 5 grades as well, Secretary-general, Undersecretary, Chief, Director, Clerk respectively.

 

3. Each member in different grades is bestowed with different power. Thus those part-time players can choose different grade to assist the City Hall to take charge of the routines in Liberty City.

 

4. Officials of different grades in the committee will be elected by all the players. (Those who have been serving as officials in convener court are not allowed to take part in the election.)

 

5. The members in the committee have the power to impeach their superiors and their subordinates. The chairman of the committee can impeach each official. Players of the Large-sized Corporation can impeach the Chief officials.

 

6. Both impeachment and election are decided by the votes of all the players (including all the officials in the convener court, voting as common players)

 

7. Time of the election or impeachment begins at 2pm the next day and the voting period lasts for 24 hours.

 

8. Only those ranking at the first 500 can run for the election in the committee.
