Improvements for Stores' cap display and Store Expansion Agreements
DOVOGAME has fixed the previous bug of using Store Expansion Agreement that occurred during last routine maintenance, which might have confused players. We would like to give a more detailed explanation about the current system.
Now, according to current game setting, the maximum amount of stores one can build equals Stores the current company level allows built (without using Store Expansion Agreements) + Store Expansion Agreements (SEAs) the current company level allows used. However, there are some exceptions. Details below:
1. For example, based on current game setting, an Intercontinental Corporation can establish 49 stores and it is allowed to use 10 Store Expansion Agreements, so the maximum stores number of stores equals 49 Stores +10 SEA =59 Stores.
However, before the last routine maintenance, say that a player with a company lower than Intercontinental Corporation had already established 60 stores by using 11 Store Expansion Agreements. Once they have upgraded their company to Intercontinental Group, they are allowed to have up to 71 stores (without using Store Expansion Agreements), but they cannot use Store Expansion Agreements anymore because they already used 11 before. A player with an Intercontinental Group is only allowed to use 11 Store Expansion Agreements EVER. They will be able to use Store Expansion Agreements again when they upgrade their company to a higher level where the SEA cap will increase. The amount of Store Expansion Agreements they can use then is the SEA cap -11.
Although this is against normal setting, taking players' interest into consideration, we will neither lower the cap nor remove the stores.
2. If before the last routine maintenance, a player had 79 stores, 30 of which were built with Store Expansion Agreements, then the cap of stores will be kept as 79.
However, even if they upgrade their company to Intercontinental Group, they will not be able to build more stores or use more Store Expansion Agreements. This is because based on current game setting, an Intercontinental Corporation can only build 71 stores and use 11 Store Expansion Agreements EVER, and they already have 79 Stores (79>71) and have used 30 Store Expansion Agreements (30>11).
When they upgrades their corporation to the level which allows them to build more than 79 stores and use more than 11 SEAs, and the stores they already have is less than 79, they will then be able to again build more stores or use more Store Expansion Agreements. The stores they can build equals the total store cap minus 79 and the number of Store Expansion Agreements they can use equals the SEA cap minus 30.
Hope this helps clears up any confusion and leads to a better understanding of Store Expansion Agreements.
Here's to gaming fun and business success!
