Regarding New Mayor's Presents issue
Recently, we have received some reports from users regarding an issue in the New Mayor’s Presents serial quests. Upon completion of New Mayor's Presents V, some users could not advance to New Mayor’s Presents VI, but instead advanced to New Mayor’s Presents VIII. This was due to a system error which has now been fixed, and users should not experience this anymore.
Any users still affected should contact our Customer Service team. Such cases will be handled with priority, to ensure players can continue with the quests and receive any rewards they are due.
