Accompanied by Mayor Andrew and his aides, Bell enters the Labs erected in his honor. Soon after, all kinds of fantastic vehicles appear in Liberty City one after another. These vehicles are not only of great speed, but are also of great help to tycoons in performing their routines as well as enhancing their fame. Some of these vehicles can even accelerate the transportation of material. To have the first look at these advanced vehicles, citizens in Liberty City crowded around the Lab.
