After listening to the advice and suggestions from all his citizens, new Mayor Andrew has decided that every day, tycoons who invest at least 1 USD will receive a special reward from him.

Starting from 04:00 a.m. PDT, June 17, every day, as long as tycoons invest at least 1USD to their businesses, they will be rewarded with 1 Store Upgrade Point.

Note: If players' purchases of Gold meet both objectives of the Mayor's Present and New Mayor's Present, they will get the rewards of both quests accordingly.
